DESCRIPTION

The distillery of Jian Nan Chun was established during the middle period of Tang Dynasty (618–907 AD) when China was internally peaceful and prosperous. It was also selected as the Liquor of Emperor especially for the royal court in the year of the Dali 14th in the Tang Dynasty.

Jian Nan Chun is made with five kinds of high quality grains such as Sorghum, Rice, Glutinous rice, Wheat and Corn in the western Sichuan plain with production techniques that has lasted for more than a thousand years.

Jian Nan Chun is fermented in cellars that are hundreds of years old and aged in large terra cotta jars for many years. The perfectly age liquid is t hen blended to the flavoring style of the strongly fragrant. The result is high quality liquor that is pure and elegant, sweet and clean. It is mellow and smooth on the palate with pleasant sweet aftertaste. Its character is gentleness with layers of flavors that is subtle and delicate. The Alcohol is well integrated in this Baijiu and the finish is long and smooth.
